ORHIBA adalah satu-satunya olah raga badan yang sangat sederhana namun sangat bermanfaat untuk kesehatan jiwa dan raga, bahkan penuh dengan keajaiban yang terkadang sangat sulit dipikirkan secara akal sehat tetapi sudah begitu banyak bukti kesembuhan total yang didapatkan warga ORHIBA, diantaranya penderita sakit jantung, kencing manis, stroek, kanker, tumor, HIV/AIDS, darah tinggi, darah rendah, asma, sulit tidur, sulit punya keturunan, maag, lever, saraf, alergi, termasuk warga yang sakit tanpa terdeksi oleh Dokter (non medis). Dengan melakukan ORHIBA minimal 3x setiap hari maka tubuh akan terasa di-charge kembali sehabis capek bekerja ataupun melakukan aktifitas yang sudah mengeluarkan energy tubuh kita.

Setiap orang yang sudah mampu melakukan ORHIBA dengan benar dan baik, boleh mengajarkan kepada orang lain, bahkan dianjurkan untuk mengajak keluarga, teman-teman maupun siapa saja untuk memanfaatkan olah raga “Hidup” ini. Barangsiapa melakukan ORHIBA secara teratur dan tekun akan dapat meningkatkan taraf kesehatan, menambah daya tahan tubuh dan membebaskan diri dari gangguan fisik dan mental, serta mendapat peluang untuk menikmati umur panjang dalam keadaan sehat.

THE ORHIBA

1) STAGE PREPARATION & CONCENTRATION
By standing upright and barefoot with no shirt for the men, relax your body, imagine a blue sky (of the universe "moon-sun-star") and your own face.

2) STAGE LOVE YOURSELF
At this stage must be done with deeply in your heart and followed by feelings of affection, the feeling-dreamy desire to live in all parts of the body which looks good and all parts under the skin, starting from:
• The heart touched with both hands
• The left hand touched the right hand
• The right hand touched the left hand
• Stomach touched with both hands
• Crouching touch all parts of the foot
• Take a backward ass, waist.
• The back rear touched with both hands
• Then go up to the back of the head (small brain), big brain, the whole face, and neck.
• Return focus to the heart.
• Then again stand tall with views of the future and picturing his own face and blue sky, moon, stars, suns, planets (the universe)

3) PRAYING BEFORE MOVEMENT
My God, I will doing exercise my whole body, so that my body become healthy, strong, living, and whole body perfectly.

4) STAGE MOVEMENT (TURN AROUND YOUR HAND)
With a fixed stand and imagine the future with the view of blue sky (universe) as well as his own face, then spread your hands as you locked the abdominal muscles laterally, and rotate your hands towards the back with straight arms position, so that the heel will explain a little (about 2cm) and will fall again if the round hand was down again. (Let your mouth open slightly, while saying silently HEALTHY, POWERFUL, LIFE, WHOLE BODY, PERPECT to count 1x). Do it over and over without a break of at least 210 rounds (42x count) or their best for the sick.

5) STAGE FINISH
